The Conversations Tab on AGM: Messaging Super Tool for Artificial Grass Installers

Accessing Your Conversations
When you first log into your AGM account, the Conversations section is easily accessible from the menu. This is where all your communication magic happens.
You’ll find a neatly organized inbox that categorizes messages into Unread, Recent, Starred, and All messages. This organization is particularly useful for artificial grass installers who deal with a high volume of inquiries and need to prioritize their responses.
For instance, you can quickly identify new inquiries about artificial grass installations or follow up on recent discussions without having to sift through all your messages.
The search and filter functions allow you to narrow down messages by specific criteria, such as the last message direction or the channel through which the message was received (e.g., SMS, Facebook, Instagram).
Compose and Schedule Messages

Another standout feature is the ability to schedule messages. Imagine you’ve just booked an artificial grass installation and want to send a reminder the day before. With AGM, you can schedule this SMS or email in advance, choosing the exact date and time for it to be sent.
View Conversation History
Clicking on a message opens up the conversation history, allowing you to view all past interactions with a particular client.
This is invaluable for keeping track of your discussions and ensuring a personalized communication experience.
Quick Access to Other AGM Tools
The right panel of the Conversations section offers quick access to contact details, appointments, and opportunities.
Contacts
Click the contact icon to pull up information about each client, such as their email address, phone number, which staff is assigned to that contact, and more.
Appointments
Click the appointments icon to view each contact’s appointment history. You can also book new appointments directly from Conversations. This will be automatically added to your Calendars.
Opportunity
You can even manage and create new sales opportunities without leaving the Conversations interface. Just click on the icon to check each client’s lead status, such as which stage of your sales pipeline they’re currently in.
