9 Ways to Manage Your Artificial Grass Staff Better with AGM

May 09, 20244 min read

Running a kick-ass artificial grass installation business means keeping your team running like a well-oiled machine. That's where Artificial Grass Marketing (AGM) comes in, with a toolbox full of features to help you manage your crew and keep things running smoothly.

1. One-Click Team Info Management

Editing staff info is easy and convenient with AGM. When it's time to bring on some new team members, just click the "Add Employee" button and enter their details, such as:

To edit employee info, simply click the edit icon next to their name. Need to delete a team member? Click the trash icon to remove that user.

2. Monitor Staff Performance

AGM has several tools that lets you monitor how your staff is doing. One of this is the Agent Reporting feature. It breaks down stats like:

  • How many leads they've opened, won, lost, and converted

  • Their communication stats, like how many SMS and emails they've sent

  • Call metrics

AGM also has a Leaderboard feature that displays staff ranking based on how many opportunities they brought in and/or won.

You can also eiew each team member's daily, weekly, and monthly activities at a glance. This bird's-eye view helps you identify top performers and areas where employees may need additional support.

For instance, if you notice that one salesperson is consistently closing more deals than others, you can analyze their techniques and share them with the rest of the team.

3. Staff Member Search Bar

Use AGM's search bar under the Team Management tab to quickly pull up a specific staff member. You can use their name, email, role, or phone number to sort through the list.

4. Branded Email Signatures for Your Staff

AGM lets you create a professional email signature for your team. You can customize this with elements like:

  • Your company logo

  • Official font, font color, and font size

  • The team member's name, role, and contact information

  • Extra info like a link to your website's gallery showcasing your impressive artificial grass installations

This ensures that all your customer communications look polished and on-brand.

5. Assign & Manage Tasks in One Dashboard

AGM's task feature allows you to assign tasks to your team members, monitor their progress, and keep your projects on track. For instance, you can create a task for an installer to visit a site for initial measurements or follow up with a client about a proposal.

You can set due dates, priority levels, and include detailed descriptions. Once a task is completed, the team member can mark it as done. This makes it easy to track individual performance and ensure that work is being completed in a timely manner.

6. Full Control Over Staff Roles & Permissions

As a manager, you can set user roles for each team member within AGM. This gives you full control over what each team member can see and do within the platform.

For example, you might want your sales team to have access to lead data but not financial reports. Or perhaps your installation crew needs access to appointment details but not the ability to change marketing settings.

By setting user roles, you ensure that everyone in your team has the right tools for their jobs – and only those tools.

7. Customize Staff Availability

In the "User Availability" section, select each team member's preferred meeting method (like Zoom or Google Meet) and set their availability by choosing days and times they're ready to work.

8. Round Robin Calendar for Balanced Scheduling

AGM’s Round Robin Calendar ensures that workloads are evenly distributed among your installation team. The system automatically rotates appointment assignments among all available staff members.

This helps prevent overbooking or underutilization of any member of your crew, ensuring everyone has a balanced workload and all appointments are adequately staffed.

9. Internal Communications

AGM's internal chat feature allows you to communicate with your team directly within the platform, saving time and keeping conversations organized. You can send individual or group messages to discuss projects, coordinate schedules, or address any issues quickly.
